Business Champions for Kids (a program of the Douglas ESD)
Business Champions for Kids (Biz4kids) assists local businesses and organizations become more family-friendly by offering tools, employer recognition, and support that improves employee retention, productivity, and helps our local economy. Biz4Kids is part of the Best Place for Working Parents® network that recognizes family friendly workplaces locally, statewide, and nationally. Biz4Kids provides opportunities like Employer Roundtables, a Family Friendly Employer Summit, Childcare Toolkit, and Biz4Kids Early Childhood Advocate designation. Biz4Kids co-sponsors the Douglas County Childcare Coalition dedicated to increasing the quantity, quality, and accessibility of childcare in our communities.
